Website Maintenance Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview
The monthly maintenance plan covers routine updates, security monitoring, minor content edits, and website upkeep as agreed upon between the Client and the F3 Design & Coaching. Any services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
2. Payment Terms
Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance and must be paid by the due date to avoid service interruption. Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of maintenance services until the account is settled.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely access, content, and approvals needed for F3 Design & Coaching to perform maintenance tasks. F3 Design & Coaching is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or third‑party service issues.
4. Revisions & Additional Work
The maintenance plan includes 3 hours of updates only. Major redesigns, new features, or extensive content changes are considered additional work and will be quoted separately.
5. Website Security & Backups
F3 Design & Coaching will take reasonable measures to maintain website security and perform regular backups. However, the F3 Design & Coaching cannot guarantee protection against all cyber threats or data loss.
6. Liability
F3 Design & Coaching is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by hosting providers, third‑party plugins, or external services. The Client agrees to hold the F3 Design & Coaching harmless from any indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the maintenance agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
8. Ownership
All website content and assets provided by the Client remain their property. Any custom work created by the F3 Design & Coaching is transferred to the Client upon full payment.
9. Agreement
By subscribing to the monthly maintenance plan, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
